HANDMADE ITEMS

Due to the handmade process & each item being uniquely made to order, NO REFUNDS will be accepted | Please see our sizing charts for any size related questions | We always try our best to coordinate special dates, but due to schedule constraints, 1-2 week delivery requests will incur an additional processing fee | Most listings will include turnaround times - if a special date is needed, please inquire before purchasing to ensure we can meet your request! | Garments are thoroughly examined during the craftmanship process and before shipping | Should an item be defective upon receipt, exchanges & store credit will be considered on a case by case basis |  We must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt of delivery | Merchandise must show NO SIGNS of visible wear, tear, or wash {this includes stains, odors, makeup, smoke, deodorant, perfume} in order to be considered for an exchange - NO exceptions!


READY TO SHIP ITEMS

Items not labeled handmade are considered "ready to ship" | Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving payment | For defective items, please notify us of the quality issue within 48 hours of receipt of delivery | Exchange, refund, or store credit will be issued granted there are no signs of wear, tear, or wash | For all other issues, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of delivery | Merchandise must show NO SIGNS of visible wear, tear, or wash & must be in new, re-sellable condition | Exchange or store credit will be issued upon return of item | All shipping costs at buyer's expense | Original shipping fees are nonrefundable | Please pack return merchandise securely to avoid damage during shipment - we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages {it is recommended to include tracking!} | Please allow up to one week to process your return
